As the Logistics Process Owner, Ms. Van den Berg oversees the Galileo Decommissioning Project (GDP), which is Phase 1 of the Supply Chain Management functionality of Umoja Extension 2. The second and last Umoja Blackout in preparation for the Galileo Decommissioning Project (GDP) deployment, is almost here.
The blackout will be in effect from Thursday 31 August 2017 starting at 00:00 CET to Monday 4 September 2017 at 23:59 CET (Wednesday 30 August 6:00 pm to Monday 4 September 5:59 pm NY Time).

REMINDER: SECOND UMOJA BLACKOUT
Many thanks to the Galileo Decommissioning Project (GDP) and Umoja Teams for successfully completing the first Umoja Blackout this past weekend!

Leading up to the Galileo Decommissioning Project (GDP) deployment, Umoja will undergo "blackout periods", during which Umoja will be unavailable to staff. Similarly, a Role Freeze will be applied to certain roles and transactions, disabling access to specific functions during these periods.
