Upcoming planned maintenance outage
The following Umoja applications will be unavailable on Saturday 11 October 2025 to undertake essential maintenance activities.

Umoja SelfService Portal applications including Umoja Employee and Manager Self-Service (Leave, Travel, HR), SRM/Procurement, and Citrix access to Umoja ECC (Finance, Treasury etc)

11 October, 2025 Outage Duration:
- Umoja SelfService Portal : 05 hours - Saturday, 11 October 2025 from 2:00AM to 7:00AM EDT (8:00AM to 01:00PM CEST)
- Umoja SRM, CRM, TM, PI/PO and SolMan Systems: 12 hours - Saturday, 11 October 2025 from 2:00AM to 2:00PM EDT (8AM to 8PM CEST)
Additionally, Umoja Supply Change Planning Tool (SCPT) will not be available this Saturday 11th October,2025 from 8AM to 12PM EDT (i.e. 2PM to 6PM CEST).
