Each month during payroll processing, the Umoja system will undergo a temporary payroll “freeze” for each payroll area. Staff members are grouped into payroll areas to allow payroll to be processed by specific groups in an orderly fashion.

Ms. Bettina Tucci Bartsiotas, Controller, joined them in responding to delegates’ questions, especially relating to qualitative improvements and cost efficiencies.
