Description
Fields WBSE (Work Breakdown Structure Element) and IO (Internal Order), belonging to "Account Assignment for Investment" have been moved in the Asset Master Record Screen from the "Time Dependent" tab to the "Origin" tab.
This change is implemented subsequent to enhancement and changes related to Asset Accounting posting changes. These two elements are NOT related to the Time-Dependent Account Assignment - they are relevant for Assets Under Construction (AuC). In order to provide better visibility and reduce confusion and errors when recording WBSE or IO in relation to the Account Assignment ("Time-Dependent" or "Account Assignment for Investment"), Investment (AuC) related fields have been moved to the "Origin" tab. Please refer to Fixed Assets Job Aids 2-1, 2-2 and 3-1 for details.

Description
In BI, the new FM Analysis Area with Cost Recovery Revenue now includes an additional Revenue column that provides the total revenue posted through any of the cost recovery methods in Umoja. It is possible to drill down to spendable and non-spendable totals and to the specific revenue commitment items. All the revenue items are statistical postings in FM and do not affect the budget.

The changes related to INTTRK-11251 will ensure that the Functional Area and Cost Centre values selected for a WBS element cannot be modified after the WBS element has reached system status = REL. For any new WBS element created under an already released Project Definition, the Functional Area and Cost Centre values can be modified up to the point the WBS element reaches user status = RFR (Ready for Release).
