How will changes be communicated to staff?

The Umoja Team is currently implementing a full-scale Communications and Engagement campaign to prepare staff for the changes being brought by Umoja. Updates and important documents and resources are being shared with staff via the Umoja Website, social media such as Facebook and Twitter. Additionally, the Communications team creates a monthly newsletter (available on the Umoja Newsroom blog) in addition to topical iSeek articles to keep Umoja stakeholders updated with the latest information and project news. 

Finally, if you have been identified as an Umoja end user, you will begin to receive communications, staff messaging, and targeted communications around training and deployment during the 2 months before implementation.
