How do I request access to ESS/MSS?
All staff members should have access to ESS/MSS. Access for new staff is part of the on-boarding process. If for some reason you do not have access, you need to fill out an Umoja User Registration Form (for ESS users), and obtain HR partner signature, who will in turn forward to the Security Liaison Officer (SLO). The SLO will submit to Unite Service Desk at email@example.com for non-field offices, and to Local Service Desk for PK and SP Missions.
