Umoja System Status

All Umoja applications are available.

Note: Please note that Umoja will be undergoing preventive maintenance on Friday 02 February 2024, 10:00PM to Saturday 03 February 03:00PM EST (4:00AM to 09:00PM CET).

During this period, following Umoja applications will be unavailable.

  •  Umoja SelfService(Portal) applications including Umoja Employee and Manager Self-Service (Leave, Travel, HR, Procurement/Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)), ECC (Finance, Treasury etc.).
     
  • Umoja Mobile Applications: My Paystubs, My Leave Requests, My Team Calendar, Approve Leave Requests)
    NoteAccess to the Strategic Management, Contribution Portal, Budget Information Pilot, and Solution Manager Dashboard applications will still be allowed.
     
  • Transportation and Event Management (TM/EM), and Implementation Partners (CRM)

  • Unite Service Desk (Available 24/7)
    • Raise a service desk ticket via Unite (iNeed) Self Service (available in the UN network only); or
    • If you can’t submit a ticket or can’t access Unite Self Service, email and phone contacts are available on iSeek.
