Maintenance Schedule and System Status

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

In an effort to ensure the highest performance levels, Umoja undergoes standard maintenance updates. To minimize user’s impact, the updates are scheduled during the most convenient hours.

The downtime periods are required for:

Preventive maintenance
Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises
- To be used when strictly necessary
- Staff will be notified in advance if the maintenance window needs to be applied

Planned maintenance periods:

Umoja production systems (ECC/ SRM/ Portal/ IDM/ Citrix/ PI/ BW/ BI) on the first Saturday of the month, for up to 12 hours
Supply Chain Planning Tool (SCPT) weekend maintenance:
- 24hrs on 1-March, 31-May 2025
- 4 hrs every Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 EST/EDT
Major maintenance window for up to 24 hours on the first weekends of May and November
Disaster Recovery exercises may require up to 16 hours for each failover/failback. DR exercise is planned in 2025.

- 24 hours on 28-Feb, 23-May, 22-Aug, 21-Nov 2025 for quarterly updates.

During deployment periods, Cut-over exercises may require additional downtime.

All Umoja applications are available.

Upcoming planned maintenance outage

The following Umoja applications will be unavailable on Saturday 11 October 2025 to undertake essential maintenance activities.

Umoja SelfService Portal applications including Umoja Employee and Manager Self-Service (Leave, Travel, HR), SRM/Procurement, and Citrix access to Umoja ECC (Finance, Treasury etc)
Umoja SRM
Umoja Transportation Management (TM) and Implementation Partners (CRM)
Umoja Process Integration / Middleware (PI/PO)
Umoja Solution Manager (SolMan)

11 October, 2025 Outage Duration:

Umoja SelfService Portal : 05 hours - Saturday, 11 October 2025 from 2:00AM to 7:00AM EDT (8:00AM to 01:00PM CEST)
Umoja SRM, CRM, TM, PI/PO and SolMan Systems: 12 hours - Saturday, 11 October 2025 from 2:00AM to 2:00PM EDT (8AM to 8PM CEST)

Additionally, Umoja Supply Change Planning Tool (SCPT) will not be available this Saturday 11th October,2025 from 8AM to 12PM EDT (i.e. 2PM to 6PM CEST).
