The Umoja BI system will be available during this 3 hour period.

Starting this weekend, the refresh schedule for GL data in the Umoja BI system will change in order to support the production of financial statements. In addition to the normal nightly reload of all BI data, GL data will also be refreshed from ECC at 6:00 pm CET (12:00 pm NY time) each day.

We are pleased to confirm that the Umoja BI system is available once again. The UN, in collobration with supporting vendors, performed major work on the BI system to fix the problems that caused the service outage. We thank you as always for your collaboration and patiences.

Umoja BI is currently experiencing technical issues. The problem was initially localised to the refreshes of data from the Umoja transaction system to BI.

On Saturday 16 July 2016, the Umoja Production BI system will be unavailable between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm (New York time) to facilitate some essential maintenance and BI Data Refresh. All ECC / Portal/SRM systems will operate as normal during this time.
