Transaction costs

Incremental costs that are directly attributable to the acquisition, issue or disposal of a financial asset or financial liability (see [IPSAS 29] Appendix A paragraph AG26). An incremental cost is one that would not have been incurred if the entity had not acquired, issued or disposed of the financial instrument.

Transactional Users

The transactional users are those involved in one or more administrative activity under one or more Umoja functional areas.

Transfers

Transfers are inflows of future economic benefits or service potential from non-exchange transactions, other than taxes.
