March Payroll Lock Schedule

As part of the March  payroll processing, specific Umoja Employee Self-Service functionality will be undergoing a temporary payroll "freeze" on each payroll area. Please see additional information on iSeek.

For the month of March 2017, the following ESS/MSS ''freeze'' schedule will be in effect: 

• NY based General Service and related staff (L1) pay areas: Tuesday, 14 March at 5 pm (NY time) to Monday, 20 March at 9 am (NY time) 
• International staff of Peacekeeping Missions and Special Political Missions (IF) on UNHQ payroll: Tuesday, 14 March at 5 pm (NY time) to Tuesday, 21 March at 9 am (NY time) 
• NY based Professional and higher category & other staff pay areas (I1, SS, SC and SW):  Thursday, 16 March at 5 pm (NY time) to Thursday, 23 March (NY time)
