Main Purpose
To provide donors (UN Sponsors) with a final statement of financial performance at either fund, group of grants/grant or sponsored program level using the modified cash basis accounting standard.

Budget officers and finance officers in substantive office to track the income and expenditures of a grant
Chief Finance Officer of a mission
SPM or UN office to review grant spending status
Grant or fund Manager will run a Final Donor report to track statuses of trust fund

Grants have to be selected one at a time. The report can also be run by fund but the "Filter Selection" tab will not show all the grants included in the report

Posting Period: From-date, To-date, Fund Hierarchy
Recommended Fields
Grant Relationship Hierarchy. Do not delete pre-defined value for "Currency Type"
