Note: 
Umoja will be unavailable due to a large-scale upgrade from Friday, April 05, 2024, 5:00 PM EDT until Wednesday, April 10, 2024, 08:00 PM EDT (i.e. Friday, April 05, 2024, 11:00 PM to  Thursday, April 11, 2024, 02:00 AM CET). During this period, all Umoja services will be unavailable.

    • Raise a service desk ticket via Unite (iNeed) Self Service (available in the UN network only); or
    • If you can’t submit a ticket or can’t access Unite Self Service, email and phone contacts are available on iSeek.
